Could you ask her if she would be willing to share her lawyers' legal arguments (if they have already been filed at court, of course) because I would especially be interested to see how CEDAW is being argued and what implications that might have for UK (and other) cases. No probs if you feel you can't do this. Hope you got back to sleep!!
